Unitary Patent & Unified Patent Court 2018

Johannes Graf Ballestrem lectures again on the Unitary Patent & Unified Patent Court at the Summer School on Intellectual Property of the University of Bonn. Despite Brexit UK has ratified the UPC agreement. European patent practitioners are therefore hopeful that the unified patent comes into force soon.
