Promotion terms: 1. There are four (4) Beats by Dr. Dre Pill 2.0 Bluetooth Wireless Speakers to be won. We reserve the right to provide alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. 2. Winners will be drawn randomly from eligible correct entries submitted by the end of 30 November 2014. To enter, follow @OC_Trainee and tweet a photo of yourself and the OC logo, making sure you include @OC_Trainee and #OCBeats in the tweet text. 3. To be eligible, entrants must be at least 18 years old, must be enrolled on an undergraduate or postgraduate course at a UK university, or studying for the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) or Legal Practice Course (LPC) with an accredited provider and must follow @OC_Trainee on Twitter at the time of the draw and at the time of winner notification. Not open to partners or employees of Osborne Clarke or their immediate family members. 4. No more than one entry per person. No automated entries. 5. Draw will take place on 1 December 2014. 6. Winners will be notified by direct message on Twitter. If any winner fails within 14 days of being contacted to provide a UK postal address for delivery (and any information we reasonably request to verify eligibility), we reserve the right to draw an alternative winner in their place. 7. Names and universities of winners will be made available on request by email to zoe.reid@osborneclarke.com until 2 January 2015. 8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter. Entrants release Twitter from all liability for and in connection with this promotion. 10. Osborne Clarke will not be liable for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participants’ entry into the promotion or their acceptance and/or use of a prize, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prevent participation. (However nothing in these terms in any way limits any entity’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.) 11. We reserve the right to modify, cancel or suspend the promotion in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, if we believe it cannot be conducted as specified or if a virus, a computer bug or unauthorized human intervention or any other cause that is beyond our control corrupts or affects the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the promotion. 12.
