Welcome to the Pensions 22 podcast homepage.

Pensions 22 is a series of six podcasts on pensions issues for trustees and employers in 2022.

Each episode focusses on a particular area. We look at what is changing, why the changes are being made, and suggest some actions for pension scheme trustees.

The topics for the six podcasts are: the new rules for pensions transfers that started to apply on 30 November 2021; the new requirement for an effective system of governance; the legal requirements applying to trustees in the area of decarbonisation and ESG (in particular, in connection with climate-related risks and opportunities); changes to the Pensions Regulator's powers (including notifiable events); getting ready for pensions dashboards; and cyber security.
