Osborne Clarke has converted to LLP
Published on 2nd Nov 2015
Below is a copy of a letter that we have sent to your organisation announcing our conversion to LLP. Whilst this won’t affect our service levels or change the way that we work, we wanted to make sure we’ve let as many of our clients, contacts and friends as possible know. If you have any questions on this, please don’t hesitate to contact your usual OC contact.
Please note that, in common with the majority of large law firms, Osborne Clarke has converted to limited liability partnership status. It transferred its business to Osborne Clarke LLP on 31 October 2015.
The existing Osborne Clarke partnership stopped taking on new business on 31 October 2015 and Osborne Clarke LLP is now responsible for all new and current work, in place of the Osborne Clarke partnership or any of its partners.
The conversion will not affect the delivery or quality of our services to clients, or the nature of our dealings with you.
Any monies that we currently hold on your behalf have been transferred to a client account in the name of Osborne Clarke LLP.
If you have any queries concerning this change, please contact your Client Relationship Partner, who will be pleased to assist.
Our new regulatory details are set out below.
We look forward to continuing our relationship with you as Osborne Clarke LLP.
Yours faithfully
Andrew Saul
