We were delighted to welcome Jack Hardinges of the Open Data Institute as a guest speaker alongside our Osborne Clarke experts at this webinar. The session focused on ethical issues around multi-party data sharing, with a particular focus on the emerging area of "data trusts" and data institutions, as ways of addressing ethical considerations such as transparency, accountability and governance (beyond formal data privacy requirements).

This was the second in a pair of webinars on data-sharing structures; the first discussed structures for multi-party data sharing structures.
