Getting the Deal Through: Copyright 2017

Getting the deal through have recently published the 2017 edition of their Copyright update which provides Q&As from a number of key jurisdictions. Rob Guthrie, Douglas Peden, Abby Minns and Anna Rawlings authored the UK section of the update which as well as providing answers to some key copyright questions looks at some of the year’s updates and trends such as Brexit and the repeal of section 73 of the CDPA.
