Copyright law update: Singapore’s Ministry of Law proposes changes to Singapore’s copyright regime

Significant proposed changes to the copyright regime in Singapore are on the cards, including the establishment of a copyright registry, a new right of attribution, and new exemptions from liability for copyright infringement to take into consideration data analytics and orphan works.
