Further guidance on the Procurement Act published
The Cabinet Office has published the next tranche of technical guidance in relation to the Procurement Act 2023. The new documents that have been added are:

Originally the Cabinet Office had said that all the guidance documents would be published by the end of June, however this has been pushed back as it has confirmed that there are still a number of guidance documents to be published. Suppliers and authorities should keep an eye out for the remaining guidance which will be published over the summer.
