NIS2 in Italy | A guide to the regulatory obligations to manage compliance in the field of IT security
The EU Directive 2022/2555, known as NIS2 (Network and Information Security), aims to establish a common cybersecurity strategy for all Member States, raising the security levels of digital services on a European scale.
With the publication of Legislative Decree no. 138 in the Official Gazette on 16 October 2024, the Directive has now also officially come into force in Italy. It is therefore crucial to understand whether you are subject to, and how to comply with, the obligations provided.
Osborne Clarke, in collaboration with CompTIA, a leading international IT training and certification company, is organising a webinar on the topic of NIS2. The webinar takes an in-depth look at the transposition of the NIS2 directive in Italy, highlighting the cybersecurity obligations for organisations and the availability of training tools to simplify compliance.
