Your financial wellness
Benefits to help you with your financial planning – now and in the future.
- Bonus and recognition
At the heart of our bonus philosophy is the principle that as our business does well, so do you.
Performance bonus
We are committed to recognising your contributions to Osborne Clarke and our bonus scheme is a key element in our approach to reward. We believe that bonuses are a great direct and personal way to recognise your performance and the positive impact you have on the firm. All of our fee- earners and business support staff are eligible for bonus nominations.
We recognise our top talent through our long-term incentive plan (LTIP). The LTIP is a high bonus and, if you're awarded one, it will be paid to you in instalments over three years.
Profit share
When we hit our annual financial targets, you will be rewarded through our profit share scheme. The objective of the scheme is to encourage you to contribute towards our collective success through teamwork and a one-firm approach.
Recognition awards
We also operate a non-cash recognition award scheme. It is designed to recognise exceptional effort, contribution or performance in a very timely fashion when you have gone ‘the extra mile’.
Long-service rewards
In recognition of your commitment to the firm, we award long-service rewards on 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, 25 years, 30 years, 35 years, 40 years and 50 years continuous service anniversaries.

If you choose to reduce your life assurance cover, you will receive some cash back into your salary.Life assurance for your spouse/partner

We want you to look forward to a secure retirement. You will be able to choose how much you contribute to your pension and how your money is invested.
