Positive wellbeing is the foundation for strong performance
Providing a working environment where you can be happy and healthy is a priority for us. We want you to be able to achieve great things for your career, your clients and our business. When you join our team:
You'll be supported to be your best self
We champion a workplace where everyone feels valued, safe to be themselves and engaged in their work. You'll work in a diverse, inclusive environment and have access to training and development that puts you in control of your career. It's important to us that work is a place where you can thrive and your success is celebrated.
We'll encourage you to prioritise a healthy balance
We recognise that our people have lives outside work. You'll join a culture where we work hard, but know that loved ones, hobbies and rest are important. We won’t ask you to sacrifice your personal life to get ahead in your career.
You'll be able to connect with colleagues and join communities
We're a firm that genuinely cares – we're kind, we're down to earth and fun. We take great pride in our internal networks, which enhance our working environment and create opportunities for connection well beyond our own teams.
We'll support you through challenge and change
We're committed to supporting our people through significant moments in their life. Whether it's a promotion, a new family member, bereavement, the menopause or gender transition, you'll have access to the support and resources you need.
You'll have access to specialist health and wellbeing support
We've invested in our flexible benefits package. You'll be able to access health and wellbeing support that is right for you, when you need it – whether that's sessions with a therapist, adjustments for neurodiversity or an appointment with a virtual GP. We have Mental Health Champions at all of our UK offices and they can help signpost you to the service you need.
Your voice will count
We want our wellbeing support to be responsive and meet the needs of our people. You'll have regular opportunities to feedback and share your ideas through The Hub (our confidential forum) and our wellbeing pulse surveys.
Our four pillars of wellbeing
The way we work
Hybrid working
We value face-to-face interactions – in-person meetings, catch-ups over coffee and lunch with our work friends. We believe that it helps us work more collaboratively and more responsively with one another and our clients.
So when you join us, we'll ask you to be in the office, whether that be at one of our locations, in court or at a client's office, more often than not. For most people, this means three days a week.
We have an inclusive culture and will, where possible, accommodate alternative hybrid working arrangements to meet your needs.
Flexible working
We understand that you may want a different working pattern to a standard full-time week. Flexible working that supports your commitments outside of work is an important part of wellbeing and, where possible, we will accommodate it for all of our roles.
Please contact our recruitment team if you have any questions or concerns about our hybrid or flexible working policies.
