Osborne Clarke advised Printerrea, in the acquisition of the assets and activities of Pro XL

Founded in 1998, Pro XL is specialised in the sale, rental, and maintenance of all printing equipment. As an expert in printing solutions, the company manages the collection of used printing consumables and the trading of IT equipment and supplies.

Due to substantial liabilities, Pro XL faced financial distress and was placed under judicial reorganisation by order of the Montpellier Commercial Court on 27 May 2024. Subsequently, on 24 January, the Montpellier Commercial Court sanctioned a transfer plan in favour of Printerrea, encompassing the assets and operations of Pro XL.
