Osborne Clarke and Gianni & Origoni with AKNO and Banco BPM in the refinancing and debt consolidation of AKNO Business Parks

Osborne Clarke advised AKNO Group in the refinancing and debt consolidation of AKNO Business Parks S.r.l. through a loan granted by Banco BPM S.p.A., which acted as lending bank, arranging bank and bank agent, and was assisted by Gianni & Origoni.

The complex refinancing and debt consolidation of the company will allow AKNO Business Parks S.r.l. and the AKNO group to realise new real estate projects in Italy.
