Osborne Clarke advised Iccrea Banca S.p.A., as agent bank and lending bank, Banca Alpi Marittime Credito Cooperativo Carrù Società Cooperativa Per Azioni and Banca D'Alba Credito Cooperativo Società Cooperativa, as lending banks, in a pool financing granted to Fininc S.p.A. and aimed at the acquisition and renovation of an office building located in Turin.
The financing is part of a broader investment project that confirms Turin as a new investment hub in Italy, the object of investors' attention alongside Milan and Rome.
Osborne Clarke assisted Iccrea Banca, BCC Alpi Marittime and BCC D'Alba in negotiating the transaction and preparing the financial documentation, with a team led by partners Andrea Pinto, Head of Financial Services, and Giorgio Lezzi, co-managing partner, assisted by junior associate Bianca Tomassetti.
