We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

 

Administration Assistant

Your tasks:

  • General administrative support for lawyers
  • Organizing the mailing of documents
  • Archiving of documents
  • Preparation of presentations, reports, offers, lists and other documents
  • Support in administrative activities (formatting, printing, copying, scanning and filing of documents)
  • Maintaining databases of clients, projects, experiences and others
  • Organizing meetings and business trips
  • Organisational and administrative support for other employees and associates of the law firm, including ongoing cooperation with other Assistants and Receptionists

Key skills and requirements:

  • Experience in an assistant or similar administrative position
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in Polish and English (prerequisite)
  • Minimum secondary education
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Availability
  • Very good organisation of work and commitment to performed tasks
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High personal culture
  • Responsibility, self-reliance and showing initiative
