Hydrogen Delegated Acts are approved by the EU

Regulations will enter into force 20 days after publication in the OJEU
The Hydrogen Delegated Acts have finally been approved by the European Parliament and the Council without amendments. They will formally enter into force 20 days after publication in the Official Journal of the EU.
Commission Delegated Regulations (EU) 2023/1184 and 2023/1185 of 10 February 2023 supplementing Directive (EU) 2018/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council, better known as the Hydrogen Delegated Acts, were adopted and formally published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 20 June 2023, without any changes to the texts initially adopted by the European Commission on 13 February 2023.
The Commission has indicated that it will liaise closely with stakeholders and certification schemes to support the practical implementation of the requirements set out in these regulations.
