Alvaro is a Senior Associate in the corporate department at Osborne Clarke. His main areas of practice are corporate and business law, with a special focus on M&A and Private Equity transactions.
He advises both local and international investors as well as companies and management teams on M&A transactions, especially in the infrastructure, energy, real estate and retail sectors. He also advises on a range of corporate matters including restructurings and corporate governance.
Alvaro holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from CUNEF University (Madrid) and also holds the title of Spanish insurance broker from CEU University (Madrid). He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at IESE (Madrid).
He previously worked at Gomez-Acebo & Pombo, having formed part of the banking and corporate teams (2013-2017).
Alvaro is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
