Eduard joined Osborne Clarke in 2014, is the head of Banking & Finance practice in Spain and has specialised in project finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring.
Benefitting from his double degree (in Law and Business Administration), since the beginning of his career Eduard has been involved in finance deals, both domestic and multi-jurisdictional. Due to the financial crisis in Spain, he also specialized in debt restructurings and court-sanctioned deals (Spanish homologation process and English scheme of arrangements applied for by Spanish companies).
Eduard acts for banks, funds and alternative capital providers, sponsors and borrowers. He is focused on delivering prompt and excellent advice to clients. As a result of his experience in advising both sides of finance deals, Eduard is rich in offering alternatives to the parties so that they can succeed in reaching the final mutual benefiting agreement. Eduard believes that understanding client's business, sector and needs is essential for the quality of said delivery of advice.
