Juan Luis Juez

Juan is an Associate in the finance department at Osborne Clarke.
He has experience in advising both national and international companies in corporate, project and acquisition finance transactions, as well as in debt restructuring transactions, involving both bilateral and syndicated agreements. He also has advised real estate companies, foreign investors and hedge funds investing in Spain, besides domestic and cross-border securitization transactions.
Juan has a Degree in Law and a Diploma in Business Studies from the Pontificia Comillas University of Madrid (E-1, ICADE). He obtained an LL.M. in the IE Law School in 2010.
He previously was a member of the finance department at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira and was seconded in the transaction advisory department of Aareal Bank AG in Wiesbaden (Germany) (2012).
Juan has been a Member of the Madrid Bar since 2010.
