Ana Isabel acting Counsel specializes in construction, infrastructure and energy procurement.
She advises regularly on commercial matters with a special focus on real estate and construction agreements advising investors on acquisitions, disposals, forward funding, forward commitment and asset management.
Ana Isabel has experience in negotiating, drafting and advising on the full range of construction documentation (construction contracts, subcontracts, framework contracts, development agreements, infrastructure agreements, etc) and has advised sponsors, funders and sub-contractors in PPP/PFIs from an array of sectors, both on domestic and international projects.
In the area of renewables and cleantech, she advises on necessary procurement for energy project development, and covers advisory work and dispute resolution.
She also has experience in civil and commercial litigation.
She graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. Ana Isabel joined Osborne Clarke in 2012.
