The so-called “Decreto Sostegni” provides a series of new measures in support of businesses, connected with the COVID-19 emergency. Our Employment Team has taken a look at the main provisions: salary supplements, collective and individual dismissals, extensions and renewals of fixed-term contracts and support for vulnerable workers.
