Osborne Clarke welcomes a partner from Taylor Wessing in Hamburg. Lawyer and diploma engineer Martin Launer (50) specialises in advising companies from the mechanical engineering and plant construction sector and started on November 1st.
Launer will primarily advise clients from the mechanical and plant engineering sector and will be responsible for project development and the transaction phase until the proceedings in dispute. Other areas of focus include product compliance, transport and logistics law as well as related insurance law.
"Martin Launer will help us strengthen our commercial expertise in mechanical and plant engineering as well as in transport and logistics law”, says Carsten Schneider, Managing Partner for Osborne Clarke in Germany. "With our new partner, we are consciously continuing the expansion of our Hamburg office, where around 25 lawyers work across sectors and disciplines," says Schneider.
