International legal practice, Osborne Clarke has hired Matthew Heywood as a Litigation Partner in its London office.
Matthew focuses on international dispute resolution, particularly construction and engineering disputes in relation to large infrastructure projects.
He has extensive expertise in acting for joint ventures, employers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors in a range of construction and infrastructure related matters and has advised on a variety of projects, including airports, ports, offshore wind power generation, roads, hospitals and commercial premises. He also has a wealth of experience in Arbitration, High Court litigation, adjudication and ADR.
Matthew having previously worked at Reed Smith joins from Pinsent Masons’ Dubai office, where he was based for the past four years advising on some of the largest and most complex disputes in the region.
