Osborne Clarke recently expanded its team with Partners Dr Martin Soppe, who specialises in copyright, media and publishing law (Hamburg office) and Andrea Schmoll, who focuses on technology transfer and employee invention law (Cologne office). Jan Hellenbrand was also recently appointed as Counsel. He focuses on trademark and unfair competition law (Cologne office).
Matthias Kloth advises national and international companies on intellectual property law. This includes defence of protective rights, strategic portfolio management activities of trademarks and designations, licensing law as well as transaction-related advice.
