Osborne Clarke bolsters its Hamburg office with Corporate Partner

Fabian focuses on Corporate law and M&A transactions. He has specialist expertise in the areas of capital markets law, restructurings and energy law matters. After completing a banking traineeship, legal studies in Göttingen and Castellón (Spain), his doctorate and legal training contract in Brussels, Fabian worked as a Senior Associate at Allen & Overy’s M&A practice in Hamburg.

Fabian’s arrival takes the number of Partners at Osborne Clarke’s Hamburg office to eight, and the number of overall fee earners to 17. Osborne Clarkes’ German Corporate/M&A practice will comprise of around 30 lawyers, including 12 Partners.

Fabian complements the full service offering of the Hamburg office, including specialists in commercial and distribution law, employment law, IP and media law, IT and data privacy, real estate law, and now also corporate / M&A. The office shall continue to grow.
