Fabian focuses on Corporate law and M&A transactions. He has specialist expertise in the areas of capital markets law, restructurings and energy law matters. After completing a banking traineeship, legal studies in Göttingen and Castellón (Spain), his doctorate and legal training contract in Brussels, Fabian worked as a Senior Associate at Allen & Overy’s M&A practice in Hamburg.
Fabian’s arrival takes the number of Partners at Osborne Clarke’s Hamburg office to eight, and the number of overall fee earners to 17. Osborne Clarkes’ German Corporate/M&A practice will comprise of around 30 lawyers, including 12 Partners.
