Osborne Clarke strengthens its finance offering with the arrival of Andrea Pinto

Osborne Clarke is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Partner in Italy – Andrea Pinto joins as a Partner effective on 2 May.

A specialist in banking and finance, Andrea joins from US firm K & L Gates, where he was head of finance and restructuring. He has significant experience in advising banks and institutional investors on real estate finance, project finance, acquisition finance and debt restructuring. He has acted for banks, financial institutions and investors in the restructuring of large scale complex commercial and business debt. Andrea Pinto also has experience in financial consolidation including the negotiation and implementation of debt restructuring plans further to CMBS, REF, and leverage financing operations.

Also joining the team is Senior Associate Antonio Fugaldi and Ttrainee Marco Mazzola.
