International legal practice Osborne Clarke has hired Rachel Couter as a Partner in its litigation practice.
Rachel has a wealth of experience of regulatory disputes in the Financial Services sector, including FCA investigations, skilled person reports and market abuse allegations, and will help the firm further develop its practice in financial services related disputes.
Rachel joins from KWM, where she has been a Partner since 2010. She leads KWM’s contentious Financial Services regulatory practice, which has seen great success with Rachel at the helm, with Rachel frequently being the highest performing partner at the firm leading highly sensitive but very significant mandates.
Leona Briggs, head of Osborne Clarke’s litigation practice said:
“Rachel has a stellar reputation in financial services regulatory disputes and it’s fantastic to be able to welcome her to the team at Osborne Clarke. Her experience will help to strengthen and further develop our financial services regulatory disputes practice as well as adding depth to our Financial Services sector offering.”
