International legal practice Osborne Clarke placed second among the UK Top-50 law firms for innovation in a new report of law firm benchmarking data.

Developed by Legal 500, the sister brand to legal trade magazine Legal Business, the Client Intelligence Report (CIR) is the largest legal survey in the market and includes responses from 79% of the FTSE 100 and 81% of the Fortune 100.

The survey covered research from 9,000+ buyers of legal services globally including more than 4,000 General Counsels (GCs) or Heads of Legal. It included nearly 50 questions on a range of topics that are important to GC’s such as ‘what can law firms do to improve service to their clients?’
