Anne-Laure Laroussinie joined Osborne Clarke in October 2016 as an associate and was promoted to Counsel in December 2020. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Anne-Laure practised for five years in the Paris office of Baker & McKenzie. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012.
Anne-Laure Laroussinie says:
"When I joined Osborne Clarke, I was immediately attracted by the firm's values of excellence, the partners' commitment to their cases and their determination to build together. M&A is a key practice for the firm, both in terms of generating business and encouraging cross-selling, and we work daily with the teams in the Paris office and regularly with the foreign offices. It's a spirit of emulation that always serves our clients well. I'm delighted and proud to be joining the ranks of the partners, and I'd like to thank each and every one of them for the confidence they've shown in me since my arrival.”
Catherine Olive and Maxime Pigeon, co-managing partners of Osborne Clarke in Paris added:
"Anne-Laure's appointment as partner is a reward for her legal expertise, her rigorous management and her structured approach to cases, which she has been providing to the firm's clients for several years. Her appointment also strengthens the M&A team, which intends to continue to develop and position itself on strategic cases for our clients. We are delighted to welcome Anne-Laure as a partner.”
