Osborne Clarke is pleased to have supported Quanta Energy and R.Power Renewables in securing a milestone 13 MW contract with Volkswagen Poznan. This marks a significant step towards one of Europe's largest on-site photovoltaic installations.
Our support covered comprehensive legal advice in drafting and negotiations of the transactional documentation package followed by active involvement in the negotiation process. Additionally, we provided guidance in the area of energy law regulations and project finance.
