Osborne Clarke advised UniCredit S.p.A. in the ambit of a financing deal valued at approximately Euro 90 million in favour of Finanziaria Gilardi S.p.A. – assisted by  Grande Stevens – for the development and completion of the ‘MondoJuve’ shopping centre that will be built between the Boroughs of Vinovo and Nichelino (Turin) in the area currently adjacent to the  Juventus Training Center.

7 September 2017 is the scheduled opening date for the shopping center of approximately 41,000 mq, while the retail park will be opened in 2018.
MondoJuve will be the largest shopping center in the Piedmont region , amongst the largest in Italy, and among the most innovative in Europe in terms of concept, eco-sustainability and development of urban transport. The developed area will be fully landscaped with  80,000 mq, part of which will be wooded.
