Let’s move! Eleven years after its establishment in Paris, Osborne Clarke is taking a significant step in its development and crossing the Seine.
The firm will move into its new premises at 79 Boulevard Saint-Germain, on 10 December. Now comprising 130 professionals, including 90 lawyers (17 partners), the firm has experienced significant growth in recent years, with 26% growth in 2022 and 20% growth in 2023.
Osborne Clarke has become a key legal player in France, assisting major French and international groups, as well as leading SME’s. The firm supports its clients in their strategic operations, adopting a partnership and cross-disciplinary approach.
Catherine Olive and Maxime Pigeon, co-managing partners, commented: “We are proud to be bringing this ambitious project to fruition, a major step in the development of Osborne Clarke. These new offices, located in the heart of Paris, are modern and user-friendly, supporting our dynamism and strong growth over the last few years. They also reflect our vision for a future rich in opportunities, with the desire to welcome our teams and clients in the best possible conditions.”
A Unique Address for a Dynamic Firm
The new offices not only reflect the firm’s growth but also respond to a dynamic driven by ambitious projects, always based on a strong collective and a culture of cross-disciplinary collaboration.
The location in the heart of Saint-Germain highlights the firm’s ability to continually reinvent and grow while retaining the uniqueness that is its strength: excellence in services combined with human values, in an environment that motivates everyone to develop and take pride in collective and individual achievements.
Offices Conducive to Exchange and Adapted to New Ways of Working
The entire property features particularly attractive communal areas: an elegant inner courtyard, terraces, sports and relaxation areas, a brasserie with a rooftop, and facilities for bicycle users.
Osborne Clarke’s teams are spread over two floors of the building, in a particularly comfortable and inspiring work environment. The offices are designed to meet everyone's need for confidentiality and concentration, while the numerous common spaces encourage exchanges and the circulation of ideas between the firm's professionals.
A Strong Commitment to CSR and Carbon Footprint Reduction
The new premises at 79 Boulevard Saint-Germain are also an example of the firm’s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and carbon footprint reduction. Equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles, a façade with photovoltaic panels, and 365 sq.m. of outdoor spaces, this building reflects the firm's environmental approach.
The fully renovated building aims for dual environmental certification: HQE Exceptional and BREEAM Very Good, highlighting the firm’s commitment to providing a sustainable and environmentally friendly workspace.
