International legal practice Osborne Clarke has made three Partner promotions across Germany and Spain. UK promotions to follow at the end of its financial year.

Germany
Susanne Kühlthau has been a lawyer at Osborne Clarke in Munich since 2006. In her new position, she brings her extensive expertise in (European) stock corporation law and transformation law to the Corporate/M&A practice group. In particular, the national and cross-border restructuring/SE-structuring of employee-intensive companies in the Retail & Consumers sector is one of her specialities.
Maximilian Vocke joined Osborne Clarke's Berlin team in 2019. Also part of the corporate practice group, Maximillian's professional focus is on VC and tech M&A transactions, with a particular focus on PE/VC investors and corporate venture capital of mid-sized and large companies. In particular, the intensive international networking with Osborne Clarke VC teams in France, the Netherlands and the UK make his client work so successful.
Spain
Roger Segarra joined the firm in 2018 and is a specialist in data protection and privacy in the life sciences, healthcare, tech, media and comms sectors. As member of Osborne Clarke AdTech International Group, Roger is focused on the contractual and data protection regulatory compliance issues arising from such an innovative and rapid evolving industry.
