Christoph Boeminghaus advises and represents companies on all commercial law matters, specialising in distribution and distribution competition law. He focuses his expertise in the fashion and textile industry as well as branded automotive dealers. Christoph studied in Passau and Düsseldorf, before joining Osborne Clarke’s Cologne office in 2008.
Karsten Lisch advises public authorities and private suppliers on public procurement processes, with a focus on IT procurement. During his studies, he completed additional training in information law at ITM in Münster. He joined Osborne Clarke’s Cologne office in 2007.
Benjamin Monheim advises national and international companies on M&A deals and investments, in particular private equity and venture capital financing. Following his studies in Co-logne, he obtained his post-graduate degree in commercial law (LL.M.), before joining Osborne Clarke’s Cologne office in 2008.
