Osborne Clarke with a team led by partner Giuliano Lanzavecchia, assisted by associate Giulia Basile and trainee Alessandro Cartamantiglia, advised SchlegelGiesse, the international division of Tyman plc, in the acquisition of  Reguitti SpA, an Italian company producing door and window handles as well as coordinated accessories, sold under the trademarks Reguitti, Tropex Design and Jatec.

The acquisition of Reguitti represents an important opportunity for SchlegelGiesse to notably increase its 'all in one' product portfolio that includes both hardware and sealing systems, with solutions designed for all types of doors and windows.

SchlegelGiesse was also assisted in the financial and tax due diligence by Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services, with a team composed of Stefano Marchetti, Daniele Ottobrino and Martina Cellana.

Sellers were assisted by Hogan Lovells.
