Tadano, a Japanese company and one of the main players worldwide in the production of cranes and aerial work platforms, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, purchased a series of companies and businesses belonging to Terex Corporation, in turn listed on the New York Stock Exchange, operaing in the worldwide business of “Demag Mobile Cranes”, in various countries worldwide including Italy, and more specifically the subsidiary Terex Italia. Osborne Clarke advised Tadano on the Italian law aspects of the transaction.
