Osborne Clarke advises Limestone Capital in its acquisition of 'The Yard' (Milan)

Osborne Clarke, with a team led by partner Simone Monesi, with senior associate Stefano Panzini and trainee Francesca Giammarino, advised Limestone Capital AG in the acquisition of ‘The Yard’ (Milan), boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Luca Mariani advised the Sellers.

The acquisition also included the famous restaurant and cocktail bar ‘The Doping Club’. Osborne Clarke had previously also advised Limestone Capital in its acquisition, through an Italian vehicle, of what is now Aethos Saragano, a jewel of Umbrian hospitality.
