Osborne Clarke advises Bayerische Landesbank in the financing to Renfin Hydro Italia

Osborne Clarke advised Bayerische Landesbank on the €16 million financing  granted to Renfin Hydro Italia S.r.l. to finance its acquisition of the companies Insubrica Forze Motrici S.r.l., Soana Forze Motrici S.r.l., Idro Nembro S.r.l., Genga S.r.l. and Lavoreit S.r.l. and the relevant portfolio of hydroelectric plants located in various regions of Northern Italy.

Osborne Clarke’s team was led by partner Antonio Fugaldi, with associate Laura Cipollone and trainee Alessandro Carta Mantiglia Pasini. A team led by partner Jakub Kubicki with associate director Michael Kruger and trainee Amber Bains advised on the aspects of the deal subject to English law.
