Osborne Clarke with ACSM AGAM in the lease of hydroelectric plants from A2A

Osborne Clarke advised Acsm Agam S.p.A. in the lease agreement relating to two hydroelectric power plants in Gravedona and San Pietro Sovera, both located in the province of Como, entered into with A2A S.p.A. at a cost of Euro 5.6 milioni per year.

Osborne Clarke, with partner Umberto Piattelli, and a team composed of Stefano Panzini, Laura Pallanza and Francesca Giammarino, advised on all the corporate and capital market aspects of the transaction connected with the drafting of the relevant prospectus.
