Jo has strong commercial property expertise acting for developers, lenders, investors, land owners, and landlords. She specialises in development projects that have third-party funding or multi-party collaboration and shopping centre acquisitions. She also has a background in handling high value transactions involving corporate structures and portfolios of properties. Having previously worked at CMS Cameron McKenna and SJ Berwin, Jo joins from Irwin Mitchell where she spent the last five years.
Louise also joins from Irwin Mitchell and specialises in real estate with an emphasis on the industrial and retail sectors. She advises all aspects of real estate law including investment transactions, portfolio deals, development projects, and landlord and tenant law. Louise is Chambers recommended in 2016 and recognised in the market for her work in the logistics sector.
