Osborne Clarke and Giliberti Triscornia and Associates in the financing granted by BPER Banca to Coima Core Fund II

Osborne Clarke advised BPER Banca S.p.A. as lending bank and agent bank in connection with the repositioning of a portfolio of seven retail, office and hospitality properties located in Northern Italy, as well as the financing for the acquisition of the HD8 hotel in Milan's Piazza Duca D'Aosta.

The Osborne Clarke team was led in the negotiation and execution of the transaction by partner Andrea Pinto, assisted by associate Rocco De Nicola and trainees Francesco Fallara, Emanuele Paoluzzi and Bianca Tomassetti for banking and finance law aspects, and by associate Roberto Salis and trainee Beatrice Gavino for real estate law matters.
