International legal practice Osborne Clarke's Netherlands team has advised Wireless Logic Group, Europe’s leading Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity platform provider on its acquisition of SIMPoint.
Founded in 2012 and located in Eindhoven, SIMPoint delivers customised M2M (Machine-to-Machine) connectivity solutions based on cellular (2G, 3G and 4G) and Low Power Wide Area Networks (LoRa) technologies.
This is the second acquisition of Wireless Logic in the Netherlands this year. The team of Osborne Clarke in the Netherlands included Geoffrey Beurskens, Guusje Cornelissen and Herke van Hulst.
