Osborne Clarke advises UniCredit S.p.A. in the financing of the MondoJuve shopping centre for an original amount of over € 83 million

Osborne Clarke advised UniCredit S.p.A. in the financing transaction that involved UniCredit S.p.A., as original lending bank, agent bank and arranging bank, Finanziaria Gilardi S.p.A., as the financed company, and Campi di Vinovo S.p.A., as the obligor company.
The loan, for a maximum amount, originally, of € 83,912,100, was granted, inter alia, to support the property development project for the "MondoJuve" shopping centre.
Osborne Clarke's team was led by partner Andrea Pinto, with lawyer Giulia Lauria and trainee Sofia Stefani.
