Osborne Clarke advises Tenzing on EIKON investment

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised long-standing client and UK lower mid-market investor, Tenzing Private Equity, on its investment in EIKON, a global specialist in digital mastering and localisation for the entertainment industry.

Tenzing has provided significant growth capital to further invest in the company’s state-of-the-art screening facilities in London and Los Angeles, as well as continued software and product development.

EIKON partners with the major Hollywood studios and global streaming platforms, working on global box office releases including Ad Astra, Gemini Man and Joker. EIKON is the fastest-growing player in its market, growing revenues on average 55% every year over the last three years as it expands to meet rising demand.

Osborne Clarke's Private Equity team led by Partner Tim Hewens advised Tenzing. Tim worked with Partner Alistair Francis, Associate Director Ken Wilkinson, Senior Associate Sarah Crabtree and  Associate Josephine Healy.
