International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of UK-based artificial intelligence and machine learning specialists, Inawisdom, on the company's sale to Cognizant, a global leader in digital transformation.
Having invested more than $1.1bn in 2020, this is the ninth acquisition for Cognizant to expand capabilities for clients in the data, artificial intelligence, cloud, digital engineering and internet of things space this year. See Cognizant’s full release.
Founded in 2016 by CEO Neil Miles, CTO Robin Meehan and its Chairman, Julian Harris, Inawisdom's team of highly skilled experts work with global clients to provide full-stack Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud and data services, including data lake and data platform through to engineering, predictive analytics and IoT.
