International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of Dutypoint, a leading fluid technology, pumps and systems expert, on its sale to Epiris – the investment partner to Stuart Turner, UK manufacturer of pump and water boosting solutions.
Alongside Stuart Turner, Dutypoint joins the other market-leading brands Mikrofill and AGM – creating a scale player in the residential and commercial pump and pressurisation industry.
