International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Sensyne Health plc, a British healthcare technology company, in connection with its successful AIM market IPO. Peel Hunt LLP, as sole bookrunner, raised £60 million as part of the IPO process and, following admission, Sensyne Health will have a market capitalisation of approximately £225 million.
Sensyne Health creates value from accelerating the discovery and development of new medicines and improving patient care through the analysis and commercialisation of real-world evidence from large databases of anonymised patient data in collaboration with NHS Trust partners.
The Osborne Clarke corporate team that advised on the transaction was led by Partners Janita Good and Rebecca Gordon who were was assisted by Associates Alec Bartlett and Stuart Miller. The intellectual property and commercial advice was provided by Senior Associates Anna Rawlings and Jane Whitcombe and Associate Nick Carter.
Osborne Clarke worked in conjunction with Allen & Overy LLP, which advised Sensyne Health on the IPO process, and Covington & Burling LLP, which advised Sensyne Health on certain commercial and regulatory aspects of the transaction.
