Osborne Clarke advises the senior management team, LDC and other shareholders on new partnership for Lucid Group

International legal practice Osborne Clarke advises the management team of Lucid Group, a leading global healthcare communications company, LDC and other shareholders on its partnership with new investor Intermediate Capital Group (ICG). 

Lucid Group is a long standing client of Osborne Clarke and during a four year strategic partnership with LDC, Lucid Group has grown revenues from £12m to £29m through organic sales growth, expansion of the service offering, international expansion and the acquisition of Bluedog and Healthcare 21 (both of which Osborne Clarke advised on).
