Osborne Clarke advises Regen Holdings on the sale of Axil to TowerBrook

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Regen Holdings on a sale of its majority stake in Axil (a sustainable waste management and recycling company) to investment firm TowerBrook.

TowerBrook and Axil's partnership will help to drive smarter waste management solutions and support businesses in achieving their sustainability goals, while creating long-term value for clients.

Osborne Clarke's team was led by corporate Partner David Ferris who commented: "It was a pleasure to work with Richard Priestley and the Regen team to support this transaction through to a successful conclusion."
