OmniaTechnologies - Investindustrial's project focused on technological solutions for the beverage, pharmaceutical and medical sectors - has finalised the acquisition of Progema Engineering S.r.l., a company specialising in the production of complete plants for processing Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano cheese. 

Osborne Clarke - with a team led by Alessandro Villa, assisted by Alberto Passera - advised  the target company Progema Engineering S.r.l..

Omnia Technologies has also acquired Comas, a company specialising in the construction of liquid filling and capping machines for the pharmaceutical and medical sectors; Favotto, which manufactures tanks and large-size plants for the beverage industry; and Mar.Co, a company operating in the bottling sector and a historical partner of the Bertolaso group (previously acquired by Omnia Technologies in 2021).
